Code of Conduct

Article 1 Definition of The Code of Medical Ethics identifies the rules, inspired by the principles of medical ethics, governing the professional practice of the surgeons and dentists - hereinafter referred to as "doctor" - registered in the respective professional registers. The Code, in harmony with the ethical principles of humanity and solidarity and civil principles of subsidiarity, commits the physician to the protection of individual and collective health by monitoring the dignity, decorum, independence and quality of the profession. The Code also regulates behaviours taken on outside the professional practice when considered relevant and incidental to the decorum of the profession. Physicians must know and comply with the Code and relevant applicable addresses.
